A great sounding keyboard
About This Keyboard
This keyboard came to us as a trade-in and we don't really know how to use all of the functions but as far as we can tell it seems to be working OK. We've pushed all of the function buttons and they do make changes, the keys all play and there are no broken keys but some of them do have black marks on them. Because we don't know how to use this keyboard and can not fully test it we are offering it at a highly reduced price and selling it AS IS. It includes a power cord. I've included a lot of pictures and a video which should pretty much speak for themselves.
The G600 is the excellent choice for those who want an instrument with great sounds and features. The sound editing features are not as rich as those found in a syntheziser, but I believe they are good enough for the demanding keyboard player. It offers some great features you won't find in any syntheziser, like: - Great Styles - The possibility to create your own User Styles. This last feature is actually the real power of the G600. you can record 8 tracks (drums, bass and 6 other tracks) for different modes. For example: you can record a sequence to be played when hitting C major and then record another sequence to be played at C minor. This system gives you the opportunity to record different parts of a song and to decide in realtime how long you want each part to be played, complete with proper intro's, fills and endings. The sequence interface used is a very fine one and supports both normal sequence mode and microscope edit mode, in which you can edit every single event. Conclusion: A very versatile workstation, with a nice syntheziser touch.
