This keyboard is in very good condition. We have not found any functional problems with it and cosmetically it is very nice with just a few small scuffs and scratches here and there. We're including a working power adapter. The P-90 is a compact Electronic Piano with 88-key Graded Hammer Effect Keyboard, rich and expressive stereo-sampled piano voices and other essential instrument voices are available on-board.
Portable yet professional, for those who demand the very best-”to go.
Play the Yamaha P90 Professional Portable Stage Piano once and you won't settle for anything less. Graded-hammer effect keyboard for realistic piano touch, dynamic stereo sampling for the ultimate in piano expression, PC/MIDI interface, and 64-note polyphony that prevents note cutoff even during demanding musical passages.
A Fine Selection of Essential Voices
The voices of Yamaha 's acclaimed P-80 digital piano, taken to a new level. Featuring more than twice the WAV ROM of its predecessor, it delivers truly professional digital piano performance with long sustained samples and abundant sample points for each voice. On top of its exceptional dynamic stereo sampled piano voices, which change dynamically in timbre according to how hard the keys are pressed, the P-90 provides a complete range of the most commonly used keyboard sounds, including classic and contemporary digital pianos, jazz and church organs, harpsichords, and more.
Slim and Lightweight Design
Made for musicians on the go and for studios and stages where space is tight, the P90 offers heavyweight performance in a lightweight package. Weighing in at a mere 37 lbs. and measuring 11-1/4" deep, the P-90 can be easily hauled to gigs and placed in studios and on stages where ordinary digital pianos may not fit comfortably.
PC-MIDI Interface
A built-in "to host" MIDI interface provides a direct connection to a Mac or Windows PC.
Realistic Piano Touch
Yamaha's acclaimed graded hammer-effect keyboard provides the expressive feel and response of an acoustic piano. Just as on a real piano, the keys in the lower registers have a heavier touch, which gradually becomes lighter as you play up the keyboard. And unlike on an acoustic piano, the keyboard's sensitivity can be adjusted to match your own playing style.
Expressive Piano Sound
To achieve the ultimate in piano realism, many of the P90's piano sounds feature dynamic stereo sampling-”3 layers of precisely recorded digital samples each set at a different velocity point. In other words, when you play the keyboard lightly you hear the true sound of a piano being played pianissimo. And as you play harder, the sound switches to that of a piano being played mezzo forte or forte. But the realism doesn't stop there. There's also a fourth sample layer that simulates the resonance of the piano strings and soundboard when the damper pedal is held down and key-off samples to re-create the subtle sound piano keys make when released.
MIDI Recorder
A perfect tool for practicing or songwriting, the MIDI recorder lets you record an entire performance and play it back at the touch of a button. You can then go back and record a second part using a different voice.

It is important to remember that when buying a used keyboard it may not operate or look exactly like a new one. Used keyboards develop wear over time that can cause such items as function buttons, knobs, sliders etc. to fail to operate as smoothly or easily as when they were new. Our technician does check these items and if they are deemed unusable they are replaced but some function buttons may require more pressure or manipulation to make the appropriate changes. Cosmetically your used keyboard may have scuffs, scratches, cracks to plastic pieces, discolored keys or other visual impairments that might not show up in the photos. We try to mention any obvious visual imperfections but may not consider them serious enough to post in the listing.
